Through daily yoga, breathwork, somatic practices, and spacious time to simply be, you are supported to step out of overstimulation and return to clarity.

MEGAN
Megan has been teaching yoga since 2015 after qualifying in India & since setting up Hotpod Yoga. Bringing fun and sweaty flows to Jersey. Megan loves to lead a full-bodied & creative class that embraces challenge but with a playful & lighthearted approach.

She loves the energy of a group moving & breathing together & the sense of community that yoga creates for us. Let’s flourish all together, rooting to rise, on and off the mat.


SHARNELLE
Sharnelle is a dedicated yoga teacher & women’s coach specialising in somatic movement, breathwork and nervous system regulation.

Passionate about moving for how we feel rather than how we look, her classes incorporate mindful movement, nourishing breathwork, gentle self-care practices, & nurturing hands on assists. Sharnelle’s approach is rooted in the belief that the most important gift you can give yourself is the connection to self.

Sharnelle is a dedicated yoga teacher and embodiment facilitator specialising in somatic movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation.

Sharnelle is a yoga teacher, women’s life coach, and embodiment facilitator specialising in somatic movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation.

Teaching since 2018, she originally trained in power yoga and reformer Pilates before evolving into more embodied practices including vinyasa, yin yoga, tantric hatha, Flow Dance Meditation, and breathwork.

She blends spiritual understanding with physical anatomy, offering grounded, intuitive practices supported by massage-informed hands-on assists and coaching work with women.

Her work blends spiritual practice with anatomical understanding, creating grounded, intuitive classes that support deep reconnection to the body.

She also offers Flow Dance Meditation, breathwork workshops, and massage-informed hands-on assists within her teaching.

INVESTMENT
To secure your place, a £400 deposit is required.
Spaces are intentionally limited to maintain intimacy and depth.

This deposit confirms your space on the retreat and is deducted from your total balance.
Payment plans are available for the remaining amount.
